Deadly Minds Certified Indigenous Youth Yoga Teacher Training

Price: $1,495/student

Strong in our Body – Strong in our Mind.

This Social Emotional Wellbeing focused certified Indigenous Youth Yoga Teacher Training will equip Australia’s next generation of Mindful Leaders with skills to start teaching their mob practical ways to combat stress, improve social-emotional skills, support learning and boost mental, cultural, physical and spiritual health. 

Evidence-based and trauma informed, Deadly Minds explores ways to empower physical, mental and emotional regulation. You’ll learn about body anatomy and safe stretching to prevent injury. An inclusive two-way learning setting and engaging yarning activities will help participants find their own unique way of teaching and embodying Deadly Minds.

50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 75% by age 241.  Learn culturally relevant, trauma informed tools and activities to support the wellbeing of children and teenagers.

Enhance your understanding on the impact of yoga for the nervous system. Learn movement, breathing and mindfulness activities to support individuals or group settings in different ways.

Trauma informed, culturally relevant Mindful Movement Brain Breaks course. Supporting Social Emotional Wellbeing for mob – one breath at a time. Learn the skills to teach short 5-15min Mindfulness and Movement-based brain breaks and support children, teachers, and communities.
